Hello helpful people,
I have just installed spotweb through xampp on a new Windows 10 computer. Spotweb loads and appears to be running properly, however it is not retrieving any spots. I'm not getting any errors, just not getting spots. I have confirmed my username and password for supernews is correct in spotweb.

Any suggestions?

Did you run retrieve.php ?

I have pushed the retrieve button in spotweb many times. I don't know how to run a PHP file otherwise.
