Since the 13/02 there has been an issue in getting spotnet headers from Astraweb.
I've seen at least one post here with the same issue.
Is anyone else having this problem?
I've emailed Astraweb but they are not understanding the issue so far.

No problems here with Astraweb in Spotlite!
I'm using server adress: ssl-eu.astraweb.com

The problem appears to be limited to their US based servers.

I emailed Astraweb to inform them of this recent new issue.
They have given an obfusctating answer that is of no help.
Essentially they claim to have no experience about how spotnet works or any understanding of the issue I am trying to inform them of. They were willing to look but with input from the spotnet designers.

Not sure what to make of this kind of reply, except I find it to be lacking in expertise of their business.
I am also suspicious of "BREIN attacks".

I made a new thread to highlight that this is an Astraweb specific problem.
It now appears that this issue only exists with their US based servers.

Unfortunately I am only able to use their US servers (ISP limitation).
So I am hoping others will notice and start complaining like I did.

Did you also try to use the general Astraweb server?

news.astraweb.com at port 119 is working fine here?

Thanks to another member here I emailed Astraweb to look at free.pt.
They misconfigured their server and consequently there was nothing in free.pt
They have fixed it now and all is well again.
